Malta Blockchain Summit

About Event

We will venture back to Malta in November for another huge global blockchain event, the Malta Blockchain Summit.
Set to take place at the intercontinental hotel in the town of St Julians, this event will be a melting pot for influencers in technology, civil society, democracy promotion and innovation. Join a crowd of 4000 delegates, 100 speakers and 150 sponsors in what is promised to be an innovative and momentous opportunity for global influencers to network, forge new connections and debate the potential applications of blockchain.
With support from the highest governmental office on the island, the summit will be inaugurated by Malta’s Prime Minister, Joseph Muscat and will give the stage to top industry minds, including John Mcafee, Mike Butcher and John Matonis to name a few.
We are partnering up with the Malta Blockchain Summit team to organise a Blockchain Hackathon and an exclusive 2 day ICO pitching session.
Malta Blockchain Hackathon 31st October - 2nd November
If you are a developer with your eyes set on making it in the blockchain industry then this is for you. Here is your chance to impress some of the best in the business and to win a 50k prize. Participants can enroll as a team or as individuals; all participating members will be put in teams, so that those applying as individuals will be grouped together or assigned to existing teams. The theme of this year’s blockchain hackathon will, for competitive reasons, be announced on the day. Decentralized, as well as distributed solutions, will be considered. 2 day ICO Pitching Session
This will be a great chance to hear from some of the most prominent ICO projects currently in the blockchain and crypto space. Our pitching session will span 2 days and will feature 30 ICO projects. Every selected ICO will get to pitch live (10 minutes) on the grand stage and then face a Q&A session from the official jury members, investors and the audience. It is the participant’s choice to use all 10 minutes for the pitch or do a shorter version leave a few minutes for the Q&A. Interested in making a pitch at the Malta Blockchain Summit?
